How Do I Place An Order?

You may place your order via our online site, PrimaDonnaHair.net. This is the only website we use for ordering, You may also place orders via telephone by requesting a call from our Hair Hotline.

Payment and Shipping

We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) through PayPal for all USA and international purchases. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to their system using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). If you do not have a PayPal account you can log in as a guest to purchase your items. A PayPal account is not required for purchases. Items are shipped USPS Priority mail. All items must be signed for upon delivery. There is a 2-3 day payment processing period & 2-3 shipping period. All packages arrive in 5-7 days. Sale items arrive in 7-10 days and begin processing on the following business day after the sale ends. Please note during the Holidays to maintain quality control some orders may take up to 10-12 days to arrive. Not all orders take this amount of time, but during the Holidays were do strongly suggest that you order in advance.

Pick Up is available in the NYC area, but are solely based upon our availability.

There are NO pickups on Sundays or Mondays.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

All orders are secured through our website. No credit card information is stored when placing a phone or online order. The only information we keep on file is your address, email, and telephone number to ensure your items arrive to you.

Returns & Refunds

All of our products are tested, checked, and hand packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained, therefore we do not accept returns. Our products are described as accurately as possible and we have provided all maintenance and upkeep on our website. Please make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing, and take the “No Refund Policy” into consideration before you buy. There are NO returns, NO cancellations, and NO refunds.

EXCHANGES: Exchanges may only be made if approved. Should we agree to exchange your products you must return the products in their ORIGINAL CONDITION. We will NOT accept exchanges on any products that have been altered (used, cut, colored, unbundled, combed out, etc..). Under the federal law we are not allowed to accept returns on altered hair. We have the right to deny any exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS : Prior to your purchase please ensure you have read the product description and agree with the purchase price. We do not accept cancellations, so once you have completed your order we will prepare it for shipment.
